Warranty & Terms of Service for SkidShop

1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty applicable to a service or product is the warranty explicitly stated on the product or service page. If no warranty is stated, no warranty is provided.

2. Lifetime Warranty Definition

“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the business. If the business ceases operations before the lifetime warranty is fulfilled, the warranty may be used for a replacement product, or in eligible cases, a refund or alternative product, at our discretion.

3. Out-of-Warranty Consideration

In rare cases, and strictly at the discretion of the owner or staff, compensation or alternative solutions may be offered after the warranty period has expired. These cases are handled individually and are not guaranteed.

4. Valid Warranty Claims

Warranty applies only if the product or service is:

  • Wrongfully revoked or removed
  • Logged out or disabled due to provider-side issues
  • Non-functional due to errors not caused by the user

5. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty will be immediately void if:

  • The user fails to follow provided instructions or guidelines
  • The issue is caused by user error, negligence, or misuse
  • The product is shared, resold, leaked, or transferred
  • The user attempts to bypass security, licensing, or limitations
  • The user modifies or tampers with the product
  • The user engages in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior
  • The user breaks ToS or Rules here, or on our Discord
  • The user trolls or knowingly grief for someone or people

6. Review & Verification Requirement

To maintain warranty eligibility, the customer must leave an honest review/vouch on both Discord and SellAuth within one (1) week of purchase.

  • Reviews must be truthful and non-malicious
  • Fake, misleading, or extortionary reviews will void the warranty. Just be honest.

7. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime, maintenance, updates, or third-party outages do not qualify for refunds or warranty claims.

8. Support & Response Time

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. Response times may vary depending on workload, time zones, or complexity of the issue. Repeated spamming or ticket abuse may result in delayed or denied support. We do NOT guarantee fast response time but we do our best.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered if explicitly stated on the product page or required under warranty terms. Once a product has been delivered and used, it is generally considered non-refundable.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:

  • Immediate termination of service
  • Revocation of warranty
  • Permanent blacklist from future purchases

11. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service and Warranty at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Final Decision

All warranty, refund, and dispute decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.
